There are no strict rules on how Suzani should be used; it can be hung on walls, used as carpets, or as decorative bedspreads. This particular Suzani is a vintage piece created by Tajik artisans. Many of the Suzani sold in tourist areas are machine-embroidered, with high levels of design precision.
